HOW
TO GET A LIBRARY CARD
If
you own property, are employed or reside in Chowan, Perquimans,
Tyrrell or Washington county, you can take advantage of the many
resources and services of Pettigrew Regional Library system.
Your first library card is free and easy to get. You simply must
complete an application and present a valid form of identification
with your current mailing address. If you haven’t had your 16th
birthday, your parent or guardian will have to sign for you to get a
card.
Please keep your library card in a safe place. You are responsible
for all materials borrowed using your card. If your card is lost or
stolen, please notify the library immediately. While your first card
is free, you will be charged a small fee to replace a lost card.
Your library card is your passport to any of the four county libraries
in the Pettigrew system. The library staff may ask you to present
your card each time you check out library materials or sign in to use
a computer. Please bring your library card every time you visit the
library. |
