Pettigrew Regional Library gladly provides personal delivery of
library materials to persons within our four-county region who are
unable to leave their homes on a regular basis. If any of the
following circumstances keep you from leaving your home – either
long-term or short-term -- you qualify for our special homebound
service:
-
your own poor health or disability prevents you from
leaving your house
-
responsibility for another family member with poor health
or disability requires your constant presence at home
-
there is no driver in the household
All it takes to get started is completing a “Request for Homebound
Service” form, one of the following ways:
Complete and submit the
online form
Print the printer-friendly version; complete and mail
it to the library
Call 252-793-2875 and ask to have a form mailed to you, which
you can complete by hand and mail back to us.
Family members are encouraged to assist homebound relatives in
contacting the library to initiate this service. Once we have your
completed form, our staff will call you to find out what kinds of
materials you would like us to bring you and to set up a delivery
schedule. |
